Occupational Therapist for the 2026/2027 School Year

  • Part time (less than 32 hours) = hourly
  • Full time (32+hours) = salary

Job description:

We’re looking for a talented Occupational Therapist to join our close-knit team at THE VILLAGE!

We make caseloads manageable so you can have work/life balance that is so important:

  • We are different from many school districts or large staffing companies where the caseload continues to grow beyond a managable level.
  • Have you ever felt that IEP “season” is never-ending and overwhelming? As a member of our VILLAGE OT Team, if your IEP schedule is simply too much and you just can’t attend them all, other members of our close-knit team will help you! You will not be left alone to survive instead of getting the help you need to thrive! Where else does that happen?? We have never heard of other jobs where OTs have this level of support, but it sure happens on our VILLAGE team.
  • With THE VILLAGE, you will not be expected to do excessive, unpaid work in the evenings and over the weekends just to keep up.
  • Your work should be typically be completed within paid work hours.
  • After work, your time is all your own.

We live by our values: Resourcefulness, Integrity, Collaboration, and Empowerment.

What you’ll need:
  • An active OTR/L license in California.
  • Experience with kids, especially those with ASD, ADHD, and Sensory Processing Disorders.
  • School-based experience is important, as this position is mostly in the school setting.

* We would also be happy to welcome an amazing COTA/L who is experienced in providing school-based services to join us. Please apply and we will give you the details!

  • Part time (less than 32 hours) = hourly
  • Full time (32+ hours) = salary

Why you’ll love it here:

  • Our Culture is Everything: You’ll find a positive and supportive team that feels like a family.
  • You can count on us: As a privately owned company, you can count on on-site, in-person support from leadership and peers on our great OT team.
  • Awesome Workspace: We have solid and supportive relationships with school-sites in our area for the school-based services. In addition, there may be opportunities to provide some clinic-based services in our truly amazing facility. We even have 2 large sensory gyms!
  • One Team, One Mission: Work side-by-side with therapists in Speech, Mental, and Behavioral Health to provide truly collaborative care.

Benefits Include:

  • 401(k) matching
  • Flexible schedule
  • Health insurance
